That's precisely the same for 27-year-old famous Nigerian singer Davido, who has taken to social media to reveal the goals he intends to achieve in 2020. According to the Risky singer, luxurious properties are at the top of his wish list for the year as he plans to splash the cash on cars, houses and private jets. Davido whose real name is David Adedeji Adeleke is one of the biggest and wealthiest music artists in Nigeria and the African Continent. He was rated as 5th richest musician in Africa in 2019 by Forbes Africa with a net worth of $16M. He also the most followed Nigerian celebrity on Instagram, with over 14.6 million followers. Davido landed on fame after the release of ''Damiduro in 2019'' after which he has released several hits songs like If, Fall, Fire and Risky. He also owns his record label ''Davido Music Worldwide'' with famous artists like Mayorkun, Dremo, Peruzzi, Dj Ecool, Idowest, Yonda, Ichaba and Lil frosh, the latest signee. The Atlanta born singer is not only famous for his music but also for his luxurious lifestyle, which he frequently flaunts on social media. On the 16th of October 2018, Davido shared a photo of his expensive diamond encrusted Franc Vila wristwatch with the caption "Nu nu" on his Instagram page. The watch cost about N90.2m. He also added another expensive wristwatch to his wristwatch collection in November 2019 when he bought a Richard Mille wristwatch which costs $111,188 approximately N40m. As usual, the 'IF' singer posted photos on Instagram with a different caption this time around which reads ''It hurts my account, but I had to do it #AGOODTIME''. The singer pocket felt that purchase. But it's not a big deal for Davido, he works hard for his money and keeps coming out bigger and stronger. Davido also got an expensive Rolex wristwatch for his older brother, Ayoola Adeleke on his 40th Birthday. Davido has a mansion not only in Nigeria but also in Atlanta, Georgia, his birthplace in the US. With his excellent taste for luxury, his Atlanta mansion is a show of class and elegance. Davido is undoubtedly one of them. In 2017, Davido shared pictures of his newly acquired mansion in Lekki on Instagram. The house is located close to his father's house, and it was reported that he got the house for N140m. Before that, the pop artist bought his first mansion in 2014 and later gave to his friend and personal producer, Shizzy. He purchased the house for N40m, which was a costly amount back in 2014. Who knows, this extravagant spender who is also known for giving gifts to friends and family might just be giving out his Lekki house to move to the highly talked about Eko Atlantic city after its completion. And without a doubt, the singer takes pleasure in flaunting them unapologetic on social media. Davido's obsession for diamonds got so ostentatious that Popular American Jeweler, Icebox Zahir, praised the Nigerian singer for being such a big spender. Icebox Zahir revelled Davido spends between N50m to N100m on each visit on his Instagram story when Davido, who is regular spender, visited his store in December of 2019. Davido also bought gold jewellery for two popular Nigerian musicians, Zlatan and Skibii, as well as seven other members of his 30 Billion Gang, which includes Asa Asika - his manager, Special speech, DJ Ecool, Tungee, Lati and Tycoon. Zlatan got a customised neck-chain and 30BG pendant from Davido, while Skibii got a neck-chain necklace with the inscription Skibii. The 30BG members got a 30BG Championship ring each. Davido also got himself the 30BG Championship ring. The ring has 696 diamonds encrusted on it. According to Icebox, the jewellery is the ''biggest championship ring he has ever made with so many carats''. The ring costs an eye-watering N54m.
