One of the most popular Zi Char dish. Tried with different pan but the best result is with iron plate. Not only keeping the food hot but it's also make the egg texture more crispy. The sauce is about 95% similar to those stalls.
Note: The egg layer must be thin.
Ingredients (Servings for 2)
1 Tube Egg Tofu, dip with corn starch
1~2 eggs
100g Minced Pork meat (lean meat)
40g mixed vegetable
a few drops of sesame oil
a dash of pepper
a pinch of salt
1 Tsp sugar
1 Tsp Soy Sauce
1 Tbsp oyster sauce
100ml water
2 tsp corn starch
1 tbsp minced garlic
