Hostgator billing fraud - Proof they cheating on their customer! Beware

They are giving me a renewal invoice and asking for a much higher hosting package price. At Hostgator, I host a few Wordpress site here and I am getting billed for $143 dollars for 12 months hosting services. They are charging $11.95 a month. At the account management section, i can't cancel the hosting plan, i can't delete credit card, and i can't delete my subscription with this hosting company. Hostgator sucks! Customer should be given full control of their account and billing freedom. They should be allowed to make changes to their account and decide either to renew, make payment or upgrade their hosting plan. They shouldn't limit their client and force them to pay. I have been with Hostgator shared hosting for over 8 years, and once using their dedicated server as well. Now, I am leaving their services and will no longer renew my hosting plan with them.
