Hoover Convertible Special Model 31 from 1958

Classic Hoover upright from the late 1950's that I grew up with. Had it restored after Mom gave it to me when she replaced her 1977 U4127 Convertible model and this one that was her upstairs vacuum with a new plastic Elite. The Convertibles can run circles around the Elite models! Still use it weekly, and it works like a charm. Better than anything new they sell today, except for the Guardsman commercial model they sell still, which is the old Convertible.
