install some HID lights in your civic, I have installed some 6000K low beam HID lights for better visibility. Winter is almost here and gets dark quickly so I wanted to have better lighting. After the install I re-aimed my lights down and tho the middle tho I didn't show that in the vid and you cant tell from where the vehicle is parked. Lights for this 99 civic are H4 low/hi. Bought on ebay.
