Homeless Keith, Southend-on-Sea, Essex MUST WATCH

Filmed by two local people who care about Keith, and who are concerned that he's been over looked by the local authorities. He's been sheltering behind Southend Museum for the past 11 months already, which is a very long time for anyone, never mind a 67-year-old exposed to the elements throughout the winter months. We visit him on a regular basis to take him food and something hot to drink, and every time he's in a worse state than the last time we saw him. We're only trying to help Keith - as far as we know he's received very little or no help from any of the local homeless charities or local council. Because of this, we've decided to see if we can provide a little bit of help, and we'd ask that you help if you can as well please. We've set up a JustGiving page to try and raise £1,000 for Keith. This is the sum he needs for a deposit on a flat - an impossible task for him in his current position.
