Where are all my highlighter junkies at??? This week I'm trying out a NEW holographic highlighter from Milk Makeup! They're a brand in Sephora that I've been hearing about a lot lately in the beauty community! Of course, once I saw a HIGHLIGHT I've never tried before, I HAD to do a first impressions! Does this hologram stick really work??? I LOVED it for a base to put powder highlighters over, because I like blinding people with my cheeks...
