Hexa Highlights - Dark Tartarus Challenge [Part 4]

Original stream date: August 19, 2018 Another compilation of the best moments from my Dark Tartarus livestream series. In this fourth stream, I took on a map with ambient music that I loved but has still yet to be found, and almost lost my mind in frustration during another. As usual, the death count is extremely high. Hexa Livestream FAQ: Q: What game is this? A: I'm playing Dark Tartarus, a notoriously difficult Doom WAD. Q: What versions of the game are you using? A: Dark Tartarus version 5 (Tartaru5.wad) running on Zandronum 3.0 (zandronum.exe). Q: When is your next Complex & LCA gameplay series? A: Once the new version of LCA is released, I will begin my next series. Hopefully this will be within the next month, but I'm still waiting for the mod's updates to be finished. Hence why I'm doing these streams. Q: Can you play this with Complex Doom/LCA/other community addon mods? A: No, I can't. Not only do I not want to, but I literally can't either. These maps were designed to only just be able to be completed vanilla, so any mods with custom monsters would break the difficulty and make the maps impossible without cheating. Q: Can you use god mode or noclip if it's too hard? A: No. This is a legitimate run aside from the aid of jumping and crouching (because without it I wouldn't be able to beat nearly any of the maps). Under no circumstances do I resort to using cheats for help. Q: Why are you not saving the game? A: This is also a pistol-start run of each map, intended to be completed from scratch without saves. Q: What do you think of Doom Eternal? A: I discussed my thoughts on Doom Eternal and watched the gameplay trailers in a stream (with friends) on Lazorinc's channel. My current PC isn't nearly powerful enough to run these new games well, so it may be a long time before you'd see gameplay videos of those. Q: What are your PC specs? A: GeForce GT 730 graphics card, Intel Core i5-4460S 2.90GHz processor, 16GB RAM. (This is why I can't play any new games lol) Q: Will you play [name of Complex Doom addon other than LCA]?
