Hero Bans in Overwatch - The Good, The Bad, and the Ugly

Some iteration of hero bans could be good for the game. Most would be bad. I am ugly. Here I argue that 2020 would be the worst year to implement hero bans. 2-2-2 has not been given enough time to flourish, the dev team has committed to more regular patches, and a multitude of reasons have set up OWL for meta diversity already.
