Triple Therapy:
Amoxicillin + Clarithromycin + PPI for 7-14 days
Metronidazole + Clarithromycin + PPI for 7-14 days

Current first line therapies now include:
Amoxicillin for 5 days then Metronidazole + Clarithromycin for 5 days, with concurrent PPI for all 10 days
Amoxicillin + Metronidazole + Clarithromycin + PPI for 10-14 days.
Failure of therapy options include:
Metronidazole + Tetracycline + PPI + Bismuth Subsalicylate for 14 days
Amoxicillin + Levofloxacin + PPI for 10 days
