Buckwheat Crust -
1 cup buckwheat flour: https://amzn.to/2tKPPoN
3 tbsp tapioca flour: https://amzn.to/2tSpPqT
1 tsp baking powder
1 tbsp mixed dry herbs
1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
3/4 cup water
(optional pinch of salt)
Mix all ingredients together until a wet dough forms.
Add to lined baking tray and smooth out dough to 1/4 inch thickness
Bake in oven at 400 degrees F for 15 minutes.
Top with additional toppings, then bake another 10 minutes.
Garlicky White Sauce -
1/3 block tofu
1 tsp apple cider vinegar
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp nutritional yeast: https://amzn.to/2tLSKxk
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
Blend all ingredients until smooth and creamy.
