HARITH OR LANBERT? SKILLS AND GAME HIGHLIGHTS OF NEW HERO HARITH/LANBERT MOBILE LEGENDS

Hey guys! What's up? So a new mage appeared at advance server and his name is either Lanbert or Harith. His skill description calls him Lanbert while his profile is named Harith. Let's check out his skills. His skill 1, Time Incision, looks like this. Enemies that are in the center receive more damage. His 2nd skill, Time Shift, is what makes this little guy quite formidable. After dashing his next basic attack is amplified. If you do a basic attack after dashing, The cooldown is reduced by 4 seconds after the basic attack. You also get a shield after using this skill if there are nearby enemy heroes. Matrix of Time can immobilize enemy heroes for 1.2 seconds and reduce their movement speed by 50%. If he casts his Time Shift inside his ultimate, the cooldown for Time Shift and Time Incision is reduced. This allows him to dash around enemies. His passive skill, Insight from the Key, grants him resilience which reduces crowd control duration. Also after casting 3 skills, his skill 1 can deal more damage and its range also increases. This Harith / Lanbert mage has a very high mobility allowing him to evade melee heroes. He can jump around melee heroes. He can easily chase enemies with his dash and slow them with his basic attack.
