In memory of the pioneers Nathaniel Creswick and William Prest, who founded The World's First Football Club on October 24th in 1857. The project 1857 Football is driven by the Foundation of Sheffield FC, the World's First and Oldest Football Club in the World, officially recognised by FIFA and the FA.
