Half-Life 2 Episode 2 - Alyx gone mad

This happened while I was playing HL2:Ep2 trying to escape from Alyx, keep the gnome with myself (it's damn hard), and do the things overall player wouldn't do. After escaping from her once again I used boost right before crossing the trigger lead to change the map. When the map has loaded, Alyx began to type on non-existed computer :) She was actually in the house with power generator, I had to use my gravity gun to shut down the force shields, but instead I has gone back to the previous level (where I left a lot of goodies). Alyx appears in the car (and car appears too) anytime you enter the new level, even if you left her behind.
