I've now played roughly 15 hours of H1Z1. I honestly believe that airdrops are not "Pay2Win". Players have the opportunity to purchase an Airdrop event on their server. They are certainly not guaranteed to get the supplies at all. Infact, they have an equal chance of receiving the supplies In this video, I showcase an airdrop event that spawned close to my location.
