He was filmed kicking and dragging his 10-month-old puppy around. The puppy has recovered and was placed in an adoption shelter. As part of his plea, Liu will not be allowed to have a pet in the future, he must complete community service work, attend counseling sessions, and cover the costs of the puppy's care at its shelter.
