In that final, GuardiaN cemented his MVP candidacy over the likes of Nikola "NiKo" Kovač, Nicolai "device" Reedtz, and Emil "Magisk" Reif. The Slovakian AWPer had a +1 rating in 16 out of the 17 maps played by his team in Australia, and boasted a 1.22 rating at the end of the event.
