GTA San Andreas PC - How to get the Sandking at the very beginning of the game

The Sandking is not my favorite vehicle in the game, but since it only spawns at one location in the game, it's create a nice challenge to acquire it. This is a brand new game, none of the story missions have been done yet. NO CHEATS and no mods were used. This is a completely legitimate game.
