GTA San Andreas Ep.4 - C.R.A.S.H.ing the Party!

With Grove Street looking in good shape after our return from Liberty City, we continue helping Jeffery with his music career. First we have to steal Madd Dogg's rhyme book from his secure mansion, before giving his manager some swimming lessons. We're invited to the party, but as you can tell, it's not something CJ's really into. Short of continuing helping out the hood, Officer Tenpenny gets in touch and demands our help with a few problems he needs sorting out. First we take out a rival gang leader that C.R.A.S.H. seems to have taken a serious dislike towards by burning down his house, with him in it.
