GTA SA - VCS sound mod

This is a simple VCS sound mod put to GTA San Andreas - I decided to make a video because recently the VCS PC Edition mod is back on the run (At least Luten did make more previews). More than likely sound is at the lowest priority with this mod, so I'll just show something I have.
