GTA SA - VCS sound mod (Updated Feb 15th + release)

Not much updates since the last time I worked on this mod but it's worth it. All vehicle open/close sounds are now identical to VCS and I have added vehicle engine starting sound too. You can now download this mod here: http://www.gtaforums.com/index.php?showtopic=469501
