GTA 5 | Change Appearance For *FREE* [1.43/PS4] Male & Female

In this video, i'll be showing you a really easy way to change your gta character's appearance for free. Please follow all of my steps. This is ONLY how to change your character's appearance NOT 'switch genders' as there is no way unless you delete your character and create another. I hope this video helped.
