The goal of fitness training is to develop speed with or without the ball, development of punching and acceleration, changing direction of running in a small space, accepting the ball after the previous sprint, passing directly to the foot and punching after playing the ball. A speed exercise with its content resembles the game situations that players encounter during a match.
By the number of players involved in the exercises it is possible to easily regulate the load interval and the rest interval, which is especially important for speed exercises.
