Grineer Manic Quick Look! [Warframe U16]

I didn't go too in depth into his attack patterns/details because I am like 90% sure that he's going to be buffed/nerfed changed SOMETHING within the next weeks and that someone else will be able to explain it much better, but i still wanted to show off the raddest new enemy in the game -- Completely unbiased opinion, of course. vvv Read More vvv Hey hey DE give whoever voice acted the Manic a high five for me ok that laugh is SICK -- and I really really wanna know just what he's shouting. Also, just gon' throw this out here, I made the original design that was voted on by the design council which was then 3D modeled and animated by staff of DE. Though I gave some ideas about what his abilities could be, DE is the one who implemented the manic's attacks as they saw fit. Let me tell you a thing I was not expecting him to be invisible/ have invincible moments lmAO that was as big of a surprise to me as it was you.
