Greece animal abuse

A cow with heavy mastitis was thrown alive by her owner on a dump close to Rethymnon/Crete where corpses of more animals gave evidence that this is the usual practice on Crete. The earmarks had been torn out violently to hide the owner's identity. The public vet, when asked to accept the report, claimed that she was currently giving proper therapy to this animal (on the dump!).
