CONFERENCE CALL NOTES
➜ Once the conference call is disconnected by the user, it will disconnect all participants.
➜ This process can be repeated to add up to 2 additional calls, totalling 5 people on the conference call. This will impact line capacity on your PBX. Please note that Line Keys must be programmed to 5 should you need this feature.
CALL PARKING NOTES
➜ Depending on how the Multipurpose keys are set up on individual handsets, a user may need to use the Arrow key to page to the screen that will provide visibility to which position the parked call has been placed on.
➜ A parked call will remain parked for a total of 2 minutes (or the time that has been configured by your administrator). Once that time has elapsed, the call will ring back on the original handset used to park the call. This can be changed through NEWT Technical Support.
