Goku Training in REAL LIFE - the real super sayan training for abs

this training is based from goku training abs videos and i replace it in real life. to simulate the 100x gravity where goku before and vegeta(to became super sayan) have trained i used ankle weight and weighted vest.
WORKOUT PLAN:
classic crunch: 5x25
crunch with double rotation at the end: 5x30
abs an the barbell: 3x8
crunch closed to book: 3x10
isometric dragon flag: 5xmax
for 2 to 3 times a week . to do an harder training use weight vest and/or ankle weight
