Fry until it starts to turn a little brown. Then add the passata and stir in the sugar. Then season with salt and pepper. Next add the Worcestershire sauce and the parsley. Step 2: Prepare The Pastry Flour a clean and dry surface and place down your roll of ready puff pastry. Use a rolling pin to thin out the pastry. Cut your pastry to fit a greased and lined baking tray, then use a knife to score about an inch in down each side. Step 3: Make The Tart Spoon over the tomato sauce on the pastry and smooth it to create thin layer. But don't go over the scored edge. Scatter the goat's cheese over the pastry, along with the peppers and the chopped spring onions. Finish off with more pepper. Place in the oven at 180C for 10-12 minutes. Serve with rocket!
