Scotland fell at the hands of Wales for the second time in this ill-fated World Cup Qualification campaign. Grant Hanley put Scotland ahead on the stroke of half time with a bulleted header from a Charlie Mulgrew corner. But a rash challenge by Robert Snodgrass left Scotland down to ten men and handed Wales a penalty which Aaron Ramsey duly converted. Minutes later Hal Robson-Kanu scored the winner, heading past Allan McGregor from six yards.
