Goa Carnival 2016: Viva Goa Carnival 2016 at Benaulim Beach Road, South Goa, India. Indian Carnival: Carnival or Goan Carnival is unique in India. Goa is the only place where they celebrate carnival festival every year just before the 40 days lent fasting begins. Madgaon, South Goa: The carnival display at Benaulim Beach road on 10th February 2016 around 6pm. Benaulim Beach Vasvaddo village took part by showcasing yellow Minions. These Minions were built at the ground behind Benaulim Beach Goa Rentals, Asian Golden Sands building, just off the beach road.
