The four-bolt iron block is a great alternative to rebuilding your tired two-bolt engine, delivering great street performance on regular pump gas. The performance nodular iron cam in the 290 hp has a 450 lift on the intake and 460 lift on the exhaust, with duration at 222 degrees on both the intake and the exhaust.
