The International Monetary Fund is set to approve a 2.9 billion dollar loan to Ethiopia to assist in its economic transformation. Ethiopia is currently carrying out economic reforms, which includes opening up some state owned monopolies to foreign investment. CGTN's Coletta Wanjohi reports from Addis Ababa.
