During the global financial crisis that was originated from the United States in 2008, Asian countries has successfully recovered from the economic recession by highlighting their traditional Asian values such as loyalty to community, commitment to education, consensual governance, and strong emphasis on social order and stability. Some say 21st century will be dominated by Asian economy and culture as China, a dominant power in Asia, has risen as a global superpower. In light of that, Dr. Francis Fukuyama will speak on future global society and potentials of human talents in 'Asian Hegemony' in this session.
