1st cook on my new Gateway drum smoker In this video I do a complete walk around and review of my new Gateway drum smoker and I also put it to work for the first time. I also review the new SmartFire air controller that I used on the Gateway drum. I decided to do a little pork roast for some pulled pork sandwiches. I kept referring to this pork roast as a pork butt in the video, but it was actually cut from the picnic portion of the shoulder, not the Boston butt. Just wanted to clarify.
