I am not responsible for any damage caused by doing the steps from the video! If the cpu is loaded to 90% for 3 minutes (in my case) it will throttle because of hot vrm. Make sure there is airflow over the cpu socket! If you are using stock heatsink you can lower the voltage to 1.25 or 1.275 and keep the stock frequency of the cpu. This might avoid cpu throttle at high utilization. If you want more single core performance you can set Active Core Control to four cores and increase cpu frequency to 4GHz @ 1.325V should be stable.
