"Fun at the Beach" set as a LEGO Friends set - dollify

What would the figures and the little builds look like if the beach was in Heartlake city? And is there a story to be told? The minifigures become minidolls (LEGO Friend figures), the animals get cuter, and the builds get a color change or a whole overhaul. And everything and everyone is connected. How? Mostly through a fish, a bird, a dog, and a banana. And a couple of cupcakes. In order of appearance: surfer girl, kayak guy, lifeguard, mermaid, rescuer/actor, diver, the girl in pink, grandma, ice-cream vendor, the boy in red, the girl in green, the boy in green, grandpa, the lady in green, garbage woman. Whew! That was quite a lot of characters.
