FTB Infinity Lite #15 - New Power System (Modded Minecraft 1.10)

Finally got around to re-route the power system in the base as well as adding solar power as a main power source. It will only work during daytime, but with large Capacitors this will hopefully not be a problem. Still doesn't feel like a final solution but it will be good enough for quite some time!
