The national assembly is next week set to carry out thorough amendments on the election act. The amendments may see a paradigm shift in the august 2017 general election. Meanwhile former presidential candidate Peter Kenneth says IEBC must undertake immediate and thorough reforms if the 2017 general election is to be free, fair and transparent.
