Today on what's for lunch is my chopped egg, veggies, fruit and zero point dip (see my dip video).
I often boil 3 to 4 eggs and I usually use two and three whites to bulk up the meal (and to add extra protein too!)
Add 1tbs or more Hellmans light mayo
Himalayan salt and pepper to taste
1 to 2 slices of Toast or any low carb choice
And a fruit for a well balanced meal idea!
