Երկու ուսանող աղջիկ որոշում են բնակարան վարձել: Գտնելով էժան վարձավճարով բնակարան և անշարժ գույքի գործակալի հետ համաձայնության գալով՝ վճարում են 1 տարվա վարձավճարը: Տեղափոխվելով բնակարան՝ աղջիկներն անակնկալի են գալիս. այդ տանը բնակվում են ևս երեք տղա: Պարզվում է, որ նույն գործակալը, միևնույն պայմաններով, բնակարանը վարձով տվել է նաև այդ երեք տղաներին: Հասկանալով, որ գործակալն իրենց խաբել է, և ոչ ոք բնակարանը լքել չի պատրաստվում, նրանք որոշում են մնալ և անտանելի դարձնել հակառակորդ կողմում հայտնվածների կյանքը: Two student girls decide to rent a flat. Finding an apartment at an affordable price and coming to an agreement with the real estate agent, they pay for the entire year. After moving into the flat, the girls get surprised, since the house is inhabited by three other guys. It turns out, that the same agent, with exactly the same conditions handed the flat over to those three guys as well. Realizing that their agent has cheated, and no one is going to leave the apartment, they decide to stay and turn life of the opposite side unbearable.
