Fork Oil Change - BMW G650GS Sertão

From 2011 onwards, BMW no longer fit drain plugs to the front forks on G650's. This means they must be removed from the bike and inverted to completely remove old fork oil. This procedure is relevant for the BMW G650 (Non Sertão model), but check for the correct refill quantity. A great site for learning about DIY maintenance is http://www.f650.com I changed to a 10W fork oil for a more responsive feel and am very pleased with the results. BMW come from the factory with 7.5W fork oil. Each leg took ~450ml.
