Ford Fusion Fuel Pump Clogged With A Kit Kat Bar

This is a follow up to the first part video showing you how a Kit Kat bar was stuffed down the fuel neck of the Ford Fusion. The candy bar dissolved in most part, but as you can see in this video, the remaining wafer pieces laid inside the tank while the sugars clogged the strainers and coated the fuel bowl. The operation to correct the issue had us removing the tank, cleaning the fuel tank and lines and of course, replacing the fuel pump assembly. Once completed, the Fusion ran great once more.
