Note - When I say feet forward with wider stance I dont mean completely forward. They will always need to go out to some extent to avoid twisting at the knee, but the intention of feet more forward can help prevent needing extreme external rotation of hips to avoid internal rotation at knee joint (dont need knees super far out to avoid misalignment).
