Fms 1700mm Corsair tail retract problem

I had purchased the FMS 1700mm Corsair and had to replace the tail wheel retract servo. Now when I unplug the battery and plug in a another one the tail wheel goes up then comes back down causing the back of the plane to drop on the ground. Was wondering what this could be and how to fix it. Thank you for your help Herbert Rotkis
