Flood victims face the brunt as Kosi changes its course

The flood victims in Kosi are now in trouble as the Kosi river has changes its course and flowing towards the east, causing a threat to the livelihood of the those victims. The home guards deployed by the authorities in the area are less equipped to deal with any kind of mishaps.
