Flashing FrSKY D4R-II Receiver via FTDI with 27ms Firmware

A tutorial on how to enable the D4R-II as a true 8 channel receiver by changing the 18ms framing to 27ms framing.
This tutorial uses my generic FTDI USB programming tool instead of having to go and buy the specific tool from FrSKY. Now, there is nothing wrong with the specific USB tool from FrSKY, however, as I did, I didn't know you needed one and I had a FTDI lying around. Atleast I can use my FTDI to program other boards such as the minimOSD, etc.
