Fix Fake Graphics Cards from China eBay Scammers with Hardware BIOS flashing

In this video we are using a USB chip programmer to flash the BIOS on two fake Graphics Cards that come out of China. This is a eBay scam that is going on, there are lots of models, mostly Nvidia graphics cards. The BIOS is locked and you can't use NVFLASH, so we are using a hardware method.
