First signs of Project Neon "Acrylic" - Windows 10 build 15007

Using version 15003 of the Windows 10 SDK, here is a first look at the blurred "Acrylic" effect that is said to be a big part of Project Neon's updated UI for Windows 10 and UWP apps. I hope this is an early look, and some of the bugs can be ironed out
