YOU NEED TO DO THIS AFTER THE FIRST MISSION ON CHAPTER 7. Complete the expert trial. "Operation Homecoming" in order to unlock the city of bazz. After you unlock it.. visit the city and grab the task! Then follow this video to the south western wreckage and get in. After you get in be sure to turn on the 4 generators!
