But I'm a grown up now (apparently) and the flapjack needs to grow up too and grow some cojones! So this is my Filthy Flapjack, not quite as innocent and unassuming as you might be used to and packed with naughty things! Let me know what you think! Recipe For the flapjack.. 150g oats 100g demerara sugar 100g Golden Syrup 100g cold butter, chopped Pinch of salt 50g plain flour 50g salted crisps (potato chips) For the caramel... 75g cater sugar 50ml double cream 25g unsalted butter 1/4 tsp vanilla extract pinch of salt Toppings...
